Delivery Times

Rainsnow promises to deliver all orders on time. Risk and Responsibility Upon Delivery

Rainsnow is responsible for the condition of the products until they are physically received by you or a person designated by you (other than the carrier). This means that Rainsnow is responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. UK law holds retailers responsible for the services provided by the couriers they employ. Therefore, courier delays or failure to deliver on time are considered Rainsnow's problem, not yours.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Rights

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Period)

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your online order for any reason, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of contracts. For Rainsnow, the “health protection and hygiene” exception may apply specifically to products such as swimwear. For this exception to apply, the products must be sealed at the time of delivery and must not be eligible for return once the seal has been broken.

Return Process and Costs

If you wish to return a product, you must include a note stating the reason, securely wrap the package in its original packaging, and send it to Rainsnow. Except in cases where the product was delivered defective, the wrong product was sent, or it does not match the description, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Rainsnow reserves the right to collect the cost of the product from you at its own expense for products that are not returned.

Refund Process

The purchase price of the returned product will be refunded together with the original delivery charge (less any collection costs, if applicable). The refund period must be completed within 14 days of Rainsnow receiving the products or you providing proof that you have sent the products. You are expected to take reasonable care of the product you wish to return. Rainsnow reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the purchase price if the product is not returned in the condition it was received or if its value has decreased due to excessive handling. Even if you paid for express or premium delivery, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded, not any additional costs.

Defective/Damaged Products

Unlike the 14-day cooling-off period, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional rights if the products are faulty, do not match the description, or are not fit for purpose at the time of sale. In such cases, Rainsnow will provide a full refund, provided that you notify us within a reasonable time. Alternatively, upon your request, Rainsnow will repair or replace the products, provided that there are no disproportionate costs involved. If the delivery is delayed beyond the agreed time and is required to be delivered on time, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
