Return and Exchange Policy
At Rainsnow, we aim to provide you with a flawless shopping experience with our exquisite designs. Your complete satisfaction with the products you purchase is essential to us. This policy has been carefully prepared to guide you through the return and exchange process.
Return Process
You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your product or picking it up from our store. Once you have created your request, you will have an additional 14 days to return your product to us.
We offer several convenient ways to initiate your return:
- Online through our dedicated returns portal.
- By contacting our experienced Customer Service team.
- By visiting any Rainsnow flagship store in the country/region where your order was originally shipped.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider's processing times, it may take 7 to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Keeping your shipping receipt will help you in case of any delays during this process.
Exchange Rate Note: If you purchased your product in a currency other than your local currency, the refund will be made in the currency used at the time of purchase. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ from your original purchase price.
Business Day Definition: The term “business day” refers to days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the relevant country.
Return Policy
We are happy to offer a free return service at Rainsnow, but this service is subject to certain conditions. For example, some special products such as perfumes are not covered by the free return service, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for these products.
Returned products must meet the following conditions in full:
- Unused and in Original Condition: Products must be unused, even if they have been tried on, and must be in the same flawless condition as when they were first delivered.
- All Labels and Accessories: All original labels must be on the product, and all accessories (user manuals, dust bags, special boxes, etc.) must be returned in their entirety.
- Free Gifts: All free gifts sent with your order must also be returned.
- Hygiene Seal: For products with a hygiene seal (e.g., swimwear, underwear), the seal must remain intact and unbroken.
Please note: Incomplete, damaged, used, dirty, or altered products, or any product believed to have been reasonably used, will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.
Returned products must be sent from the country/region where the order was originally shipped, along with the return form, if applicable.

Changes Your Available Options
There is currently no direct online exchange for orders placed through Rainsnow.eu If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item according to the instructions in the "Return Process and Timelines" section above. You can then create a new order through Rainsnow.eu or by contacting our Customer Service team. This process offers you the opportunity to reach the product you want in the fastest and safest way.
Gift Returns
Our general returns process also applies to Rainsnow products you received as a gift. In the case of gift returns, the refund is not directly to the gift recipient's payment
method, will be made to the payment method of the person who made the original purchase.
Personalised or pierced jewellery cannot be returned, even if given as a gift.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed, accepted and dispatched. To find out if your order can be cancelled before it ships, we ask that you contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to combine orders, change sizes, edit billing or shipping information, or add items to the order. If your order cannot be cancelled, the product will be processed and delivered to you. Upon delivery, you can initiate the return process by following the steps in the "Return Process and Timelines" section above for all products that meet the return conditions.
