I. Order Tracking and Status Updates
When your Rainsnow order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to access the latest information about your delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you can also track it directly on the carrier's website, such as www.ups.com, using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have a registered Rainsnow account, comprehensive order details, including tracking information, are easily accessible in the “My Account” section of our website. Accessing this information is simple: customers log in to “My Account,” go to the ‘Orders’ section, and if the order status is listed as “Order Shipped,” they can click “View” to obtain the tracking information. Updating your order status may take up to one hour after the order is placed. For security and verification purposes, all Rainsnow deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
II. Shipping Destinations, Costs, and Delivery Estimates
Rainsnow offers its customers flexibility by providing shipping services to a wide range of global destinations. During the payment process, customers can easily select their preferred shipping location. The estimated shipping cost of your order will be clearly displayed on the payment page before final payment confirmation. If any shipping cost promotion is active, the discounted cost will be accurately reflected during payment.
The delivery times provided are estimates and subject to potential variations. These estimates are calculated from the shipping date when the order physically leaves the warehouse and are dependent on order acceptance. It is important to note that specific terms and conditions may vary for different shipping destinations. For Rainsnow pre-orders or custom-made products, delivery times may exceed standard estimates. Customers are advised to check the payment screen for the most accurate estimated delivery times for these specific products.
International Rainsnow shipments are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities, which may occasionally result in delays beyond our control. You should be aware that your order may experience delays due to border issues, and in such cases, you may need to contact Customer Service for further information. In some international shipping scenarios, the courier or customs broker may contact you to request a notarized Power of Attorney (POA). This document authorizes them to act on your behalf to facilitate the importation of the order. Failure to provide a notarized POA may result in you being held responsible for any importation fees incurred or the order being automatically returned to our brand. To ensure safe and direct delivery, Rainsnow does not deliver to shipping addresses or post office boxes.

III. Store Pickup Options
If Rainsnow establishes physical retail outlets or designated partner pickup points, you will have the option to order products online and pick them up from your preferred store or location. The benefits of such a service include the opportunity to examine or try out products in-store and the availability of store staff to provide expert advice or assist with returns.
IV. Cargo Restrictions and Compliance
Due to various trade agreements and other regulatory restrictions, Rainsnow may not be able to ship certain products to certain locations. If any product in our catalog is subject to such restrictions, you will be clearly informed during the payment process.
Once your order has been placed, delivery can only be made to the shipping address specified in your order. For security and logistical reasons, no changes to the shipping address are permitted after the order has been placed.

V. Gift Services and Packaging
Rainsnow offers gift wrapping options for purchases. Standard packaging typically consists of a bag, box, or garment sleeve inside our brand's box. To use the gift wrapping option, you must clearly select the “Gift Wrapping” option during the checkout process to indicate that your purchase is a gift. Selecting this option also gives you the opportunity to add a personal message to the order.
Rainsnow prioritizes the condition of products during shipping, which may affect the availability of gift boxes for very large items, such as large coats or evening gowns. Since we prioritize the safety of your products, gift packaging may not be available for certain special designs or delicate items. Products within a single order selected for gift packaging will be packaged separately.
